BOOKING CONDITIONS

Below you will find all the necessary information to complete your booking and to learn about our cancellation policies. Additionally, you will find information regarding the processing of your personal data in accordance with privacy regulations.

1. Booking Information

To book your wine tasting experience, we ask that you fill out the form with your contact details. Additionally, you will need to pay a 50% deposit via PayPal to confirm the reservation.

3. Deposit Payment

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total tasting fee is required. Payment will be made via PayPal at the time of booking. Once the payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted only if made with a minimum notice of 72 hours prior to the tasting date, by sending an email to visite@michelesatta.com. If the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the tasting date, the deposit will be fully refunded.

5. Booking Modifications

If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please contact us with at least 72 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability.

6. Refund

In case the tasting is canceled by our winery for unforeseen reasons, the full amount paid will be refunded.

7. General Terms

Tastings will be conducted in accordance with the current health and safety regulations.

The deposit paid is non-transferable to third parties.

8. Privacy and Data Processing

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that the personal data you provide during the booking (name, email address, phone number) will be processed solely for the purposes related to the organization of the tasting and the management of your booking.

Purpose of Processing: Booking management, communication regarding the tasting, sending confirmations, and managing cancellation or modification requests.
Processing Method: The data will be processed electronically and stored for the time necessary to provide the requested services. The data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Data Subject Rights: You can exercise your rights to access, rectification, cancellation, restriction of processing, and objection to the processing of your personal data by writing to visite@michelesatta.com.
